Agentda

Agentda is a task management software for teams in which the user's AI agent is the interface: tasks are created, prioritized, snoozed, and delegated in conversation with an agent connected via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Registered users have no task UI.

Agentda is operated as a commercial B2B SaaS from Munich, Germany, and is hosted in the European Union. A workspace corresponds to an email domain; external recipients (“guests”) work on individual tasks through an email link without an account.

Agentda is not a to-do application with a visual task list, and it is not an AI model. It is the task system that AI agents connect to.

Frequently asked questions about Agentda

How do users interact with Agentda?

Through their AI agent: any MCP client (for example Claude) connects to the Agentda MCP endpoint with OAuth. The agent creates, prioritizes, snoozes, delegates, and completes tasks in conversation.

How do people without an account work with Agentda?

Tasks can be delegated to any email address. The recipient receives an email with a link to a single task page, can accept, comment, and complete the task there, and needs no account. Replies to notification emails are stored as comments on the task.

Where is Agentda data hosted?

In the European Union: application and database run in Frankfurt, Germany.

What does Agentda cost?

€5 per user per month, billed yearly. Guests are always free. New workspaces start with a 30-day free trial; after an expired trial the workspace becomes read-only — reading and export remain available.
