Terms of Service (AGB)

This is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding — read the German version.

Provider: Jochen Maurer, Evereststrasse 41, 81825 Munich, Germany. Agentda is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (B2B); registration requires a business email address.

1. Service

Agentda is agent-native task management (software as a service), operated via MCP-compatible AI agents. During the beta, the service is provided “as is” without any availability commitment; we aim for low-interruption operation.

2. Trial period, prices, term

30 days free per workspace. Thereafter €5 per user per month plus VAT, billed annually. Without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only — reading and export remain possible; data is never withheld. Cancellation is possible at any time, effective at the end of the term, among other means via the cancellation button in the admin area (§ 312k BGB).

3. Customer obligations

No unlawful content; no use of the delegation/email features for spam or harassment (abuse leads to limits or suspension); responsibility for the content of your own workspace and for the lawfulness of processing guest email addresses.

4. Data & export

Full export (JSON including event history) at any time. After 90 days of read-only status without reactivation, we announce deletion and then delete permanently. Data protection: see the privacy policy and the data processing agreement (DPA).

5. Liability

Unlimited in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG); in cases of ordinary negligence only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract, capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent permissible.
