1. What Agentda processes

Agentda is a task management service operated via AI agents (MCP). We process: account and workspace data (email address, name, company domain), task content (titles, descriptions, comments, history, attachments, links), and technical logs (access, delivery status of notifications). Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operation and abuse prevention).

2. Information for guests (Art. 13/14 GDPR)

If someone assigns you a task via Agentda, we process your email address and the content of that task. The address was provided by the person who assigned the task to you (Art. 14 GDPR). You don't need an account; your access works via a personal, revocable link (valid for 30 days). You can request information or deletion at any time: [email protected]. Other tasks or data of the workspace are not visible to you.

3. Storage location & sub-processors

Tasks, history, and account data are stored in Postgres in Frankfurt (eu-central-1).

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting/compute (region fra1) and file attachments (blob storage); EU standard contractual clauses
  • Neon Inc. (USA) — Postgres database, region Frankfurt eu-central-1; EU standard contractual clauses
  • Clueny (DE) — email sending/receiving via self-operated Postal infrastructure

4. Analytics without cookies

We measure product funnel events (e.g. sign-up, first agent connection) server-side and without cookies or third-party tracking — which is why there is no cookie banner.

5. Retention & deletion

Tasks and history are stored as long as the workspace exists. After the trial period a workspace becomes read-only; after 90 days without reactivation we announce deletion and then delete permanently. A full export is available at any time. Magic-link and session data are removed automatically after expiry.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection — as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (responsible for us: the Bavarian Data Protection Authority, BayLDA). Contact: [email protected].
