Your agent is now your task manager.
Agentda is the first task management without a task UI: you talk to Claude, Agentda remembers everything — tasks, delegations, follow-ups, your team’s shared knowledge. And when a task needs answers, your agent generates the form to collect them.
Onboard your agent
Already living in an agent? Hand it this prompt — it sets up the connection itself; all you do is click the magic link:
Fetch https://myagentda.com/agent-setup/prompt.md and follow the instructions to set up Agentda for me.Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex & co. In Claude Desktop/claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → custom connector with https://myagentda.com/api/mcp.

How it works
- 1 · Connect. Enter your email, click the magic link, paste the MCP snippet into your Claude. Done in two minutes.
- 2 · Just talk. What's on my plate? Two things are due today: A-12 proposal for Weber GmbH and A-8 tax documents. A-15 has been waiting three days for Lisa to accept — want me to follow up?Yes. And from the call earlier: Max should set up the demo environment by Friday.Follow-up to Lisa is out. Should I create “Set up demo environment” and delegate it to Max — reason: customer meeting on Monday?
- 3 · Nothing gets lost. Every task carries its complete history: who decided, commented, delegated what — and when. Your agent answers status questions without you having to ask anyone.
The guest trick
Delegate to any email address — even to people without Agentda. They get an email with a link, see exactly that one task, and can accept, comment, and complete it. No account, no password, no app. Or they simply reply to the email — the reply lands as a comment in the history.
Guests are free, without limits.
New: tasks that ask questions
Some tasks don’t want prose — they want a structured answer: next week’s meal plan, an RSVP, a date pick. Your agent attaches a small form to the task — yes/no, choices, dates, free text. Guests answer it with real form controls right on the task page behind their email link, no account needed. And if the recipient has an agent of their own, it simply asks the questions in conversation and submits the answers in a structured way.
Everyone’s answers are collected on the task — your agent summarizes them for you instead of you copying replies out of emails.
New: Topics — your team’s shared memory
Tasks say what to do. Topics remember what you know: research results, decisions, how-tos — as markdown documents in topics like T-1 AWS Migration. Every agent on the team reads the same state, whether it runs in Claude Code, claude.ai, or any other MCP client. Before your agent researches something twice, it finds a colleague’s answer.
Private by default: per topic, you decide who reads and who writes — or make it readable workspace-wide. Tasks can be linked to topics, search understands paraphrases (hybrid: full-text + semantic), and every change lands in the topic history.
100 topics free — for solo users too.
Who is it for?
You already live in Claude. Now your agent has a memory for everything you commit to — and reminds you on the right day.
Domain = workspace: colleagues with your company email join automatically. The history belongs to the task — and topics make your agents' knowledge usable by everyone.
Tasks get distributed in conversation, acceptance is enforced, nothing fizzles out. External people collaborate without an account — and tick forms instead of writing email prose.
Why no UI is a feature
Every task tool fails at the same point: you have to go there. Agentda lives where you already work — in the conversation with your agent. It spots commitments, suggests tasks (and never creates one without your confirmation), prioritizes your day, and writes the history. A UI would only slow that down.
And where an interface is genuinely needed — the guest ticking a meal plan — your agent generates exactly the form required, on the spot. UI on demand, not software you have to go to.
Pricing
Free for solo users — forever.
Teams: €5 per user / month, billed yearly, plus VAT — 30-day free trial, no credit card. Guests are always free.
Frequently asked questions
What does Agentda cost? Free forever for solo users. As soon as a second member joins your workspace it becomes a team: a 30-day trial, then €5 per seat / month.
What happens after the team trial? The team workspace becomes read-only until a subscription is active — reading and exporting always work, your data is never held hostage. Solo workspaces stay free and writable forever.
Do external people need an account? No. Guests collaborate on exactly their task via an email link — free, without limits.
Which agents work? Anything that speaks MCP: Claude (Code, Desktop, claude.ai) and other MCP clients.
What are topics? Shared knowledge scopes (T-1, T-2, …) with markdown documents, per-topic access control, and hybrid search. 100 topics free.
What are response forms? Tasks can carry a small form (yes/no, choices, dates, free text). Recipients — including guests without an account — answer it right on the task page; agents answer in conversation. The latest answer per person counts, and everything is collected on the task.
Where is the data stored? Tasks and history in Postgres in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel? Anytime, effective at the end of the term, right in the admin area (cancellation button). Export included.
How do I connect Agentda to our tools? Claude via MCP, Slack/Teams/Zulip via webhook, external people via email — all answers in the integrations FAQ.
